Try Cenovel in your district
Thirty days of the full product, with up to 25 sites, on your own appliance. It starts with a short call.
Updated October 4, 2026
What the trial includes
- The full product
- Every page of the console, the same release a district runs in production.
- Up to 25 sites
- Enough to bring in your schools, their closets and their switches.
- 30 days
- Counted from the appliance’s first run. Administrators see the days left in the console and in Settings › License.
- Your own network
- It runs on your appliance, reads your own switches and needs no internet access.
After 30 days
- The appliance keeps working without a license, with up to 5 sites. It never becomes read-only.
- If more than 5 sites are in use, they all keep working and keep being monitored; only adding another site waits for a license.
- To convert, import the district’s license in Settings › License, during the trial or after it. Nothing is reinstalled and nothing you set up is lost.
How it works
- Step 1
Talk with us
A short call about your network, your sites and what you want the trial to show.
- Step 2
Get access
We set up your district’s access to the trial download.
- Step 3
Install and look
Deploy the OVA on your vSphere and follow its install guide. The 30 days start at its first run.
Tell us your district, your role, how many sites you run and when suits you for a call.
Request a trialPrefer a guided start: the pilot
The pilot is a paid, guided evaluation for a district that wants help getting set up.
- 90 days, up to 5 sites
- A pilot license for your own appliance, with every release that ships during it.
- Onboarding help
- Installing the appliance, setting up sign-in, the first device credentials and importing your sites and switches from a spreadsheet.
- Counts toward year one
- If the district subscribes after the pilot, the pilot fee is credited to its first year.
Ask about a pilot at [email protected].
