Run a project
One page per project: its figures and details, then its work, plan, records and acceptance, and the separate decisions that close it.

The project page
Open Projects, choose Board, Timeline or Register, then a project. The project is one page: Overview (its figures and Details), then Work, Plan, Records and Acceptance, each a heading over its cards. On this page, at the right, jumps to any section and marks the one you are reading. Sections load as you reach them. To change the title, owner, sponsor, dates or criteria, choose Edit details in More or on the Details card.
The plan, risks and changes
The plan can be edited until it is accepted. After that, scope, schedule and cost change only through a change request. Record risks as owned, reviewable evidence before the scope goes to the sponsor; the readiness card says what the sponsor still needs.
A change request moves through four separate steps: the request, the sponsor’s decision, the plan edits the approval opens (only the checked areas), and incorporating the change. Funding keeps the accepted cost plan, requested and approved allocations, commitments and outside actual-cost evidence apart. Amounts are grouped by currency, and no row is a bank balance or proof of payment.
Execution is not acceptance
Three things are decided separately: whether the automated run finished (execution), whether its result was accepted (evidence), and whether the review task was completed (task). A run that succeeded does not accept its evidence or mark the task done. Runs can be requested only while the project is active, by someone who manages it.
Criteria and decisions
A status change cannot skip acceptance. Only submitting evidence moves a work item to In review, and only an acceptance decision moves it to Done. Submitting freezes the evidence; the reviewer decides on exactly what was submitted. A successful device read is evidence, not approval.
Closing a project
Closing takes four separate decisions: delivery acceptance (each work item accepted), handover acceptance (by the named operational owner), closure approval (by the sponsor or a delegated authority) and, later, the benefit conclusion (an independent review after closing). A ticked checklist row is not a decision: each area is met only when its owner records a decision with evidence on the project. When the sponsor and the operational owner are the same person, an independent closure review must endorse the completion and handover before closing.
