Which access points run which policy?

Open Network › Access point policies. It needs Juniper Mist or ExtremeCloud IQ connected. The strip counts policies, access points described, those that differ from their policy, policy unknown and recent changes. The Policies table lists each policy with its access points, how many differ, and when it last changed.

  1. Choose Differ from their policy to see only drift.
  2. Choose a policy for the access points that run it (Differs, Matches or Not compared), its radio settings and its changes.
  3. Open an access point for its own page.

The access point page

Each access point has a page like a switch’s. Now and Changes come first: whether it answers, its controller status, clients by band, firmware against the approved version and its policy. Then Issues, Radios (utilization, interference and noise floor), Uplink as the switch reads it, Policy and its facts. A value the controller doesn’t send reads, for example, “ExtremeCloud IQ doesn’t report this”. More holds Locate and Test reachability.

Both are read-only, behind Access point pages and policies in Features.
